Our story
As a Service was founded in 2022 to give MSPs access to skilled engineers at a sustainable cost. Since then, the business has grown into strategy, revenue growth and AI services. We’ve also built a specialist practice for law firms.
Today, we operate from the UK, with an engineering and delivery team in South Africa. Our founder has led a successful MSP in London and has worked with MSPs and law firms in London, New York, Washington, D.C. and South Africa.
We also host The Next Precedent, our podcast exploring where law meets technology, with guests from law firms and legal technology.
For MSPs, we work as an extension of your business. Our engineers support your clients under your brand. At the same time, our consultants help you sharpen strategy, win new clients and grow revenue from the ones you already have.
For law firms, we focus on the challenges that matter most right now. That means controlling shadow AI, building secure and modern infrastructure, and creating an IT and AI strategy partners can trust. In every case, the test is the same: is the client better off?
